In my opinion a kid is never too young to start doing little crafts of their own! (With assistance of course)! You just have to figure out the right way to do this. With the weather STILL being too cold to really ever go outside we had a little craft day yesterday! For this project all you need is some paint, paper ( I used card stock so it was a little thicker) and I added some glitter because….well I’m obsessed with glitter π Β We used these colors because they are the theme in Harper’s room.
So first put spots of paint randomly on the paper, and glitter if you’re like me (at her age this was mommy’s job)
Next put plastic wrap over the top! Make sure to put quite a bit beyond the paper too, this could get messy. π
Sorry for this crap picture haha it was hard to get one while holding her without this whole thing flying on the ground.Β π
She had a blast squishing the paint around! When the paint is covering the entire paper peel off the plastic wrap.
I dumped a bit more glitter over the top and when it dried put in a frame in her room! Harpers first masterpiece is quite lovely I have to say!
